How The Process Works

Complete the contact form with a few details about your trip and what you’re looking for.
2 . Discovery Call
I’ll reach out to schedule a call to discuss your travel style, preferences, past trips, and budget.
3. Itinerary Design
You’ll receive a planning fee for approval, after which I’ll begin designing your bespoke itinerary. Once ready, we’ll review and refine it together until it’s just right.
4 . Booking & Confirmation
When the itinerary is finalised, you’ll receive a secure booking link. All details are handled safely, and you’ll receive a digital itinerary with confirmations and references.
5. Final Check-In
Two weeks before departure, we’ll connect briefly to answer any final questions. I’m then available throughout your trip for support as needed.
